3. Unforeseen Transit Disruptions

While we constantly strive to meet our estimated delivery schedules, certain external variables remain beyond our jurisdiction. Elements such as rigorous customs inspections, severe weather conditions, or logistical carrier disruptions may occasionally extend delivery timelines. 5. Split Shipments

Czzoy assumes no liability for freight returned to our facilities due to incomplete addresses or a recipient's failure to claim the goods.

8. Stalled or Delayed Shipments

If you suspect a disruption in your delivery, please evaluate your tracking history. If the latest logistics scan occurred within the past seven (7) days, the parcel is still progressing normally. However, if there have been no systemic updates for over a week, please email our customer service department so we may initiate a formal inquiry with the carrier.

9. Lost or Stolen Merchandise

We recognize the frustration associated with missing deliveries. In the event of an irregularity, our team will collaborate directly with the freight provider to investigate the matter.

  • Confirmed Loss in Transit: If an official carrier investigation determines your package was permanently lost prior to arrival, Czzoy will gladly dispatch a complimentary replacement order.
  • Post-Delivery Incidents: Our operational liability concludes immediately upon a carrier’s "Delivered" status confirmation. We cannot reimburse or replace parcels reported missing or stolen after verifiable delivery to the provided address. We recommend checking the immediate vicinity, consulting neighbors, or reviewing building security systems.

On the rare occasion that international embargoes or carrier restrictions prevent us from servicing your specific region, our team will notify you promptly and issue a refund.
